Rat VEGFR-2/KDR (Vascuoar Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 2) CLIA Kit
The Rat VEGFR-2 (KDR) CLIA Kit is a powerful tool for the quantitative measurement of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 2 (VEGFR-2) in rat samples. This kit offers high sensitivity and accuracy, ensuring reliable and reproducible results for research purposes.VEGFR-2, also known as KDR, is a key receptor involved in angiogenesis and vascular endothelial cell growth. Its expression is essential for the formation of new blood vessels, making it a vital target in various disease conditions, including cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and inflammatory disorders.
By utilizing the Rat VEGFR-2 (KDR) CLIA Kit, researchers can effectively analyze VEGFR-2 levels in biological samples such as serum, plasma, and tissue extracts. This comprehensive kit provides the necessary tools to study the role of VEGFR-2 in angiogenesis and its potential as a therapeutic target in various pathological conditions.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat VEGFR-2/KDR. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat VEGFR-2/KDR and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat VEGFR-2/KDR, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat VEGFR-2/KDR. You can calculate the concentration of Rat VEGFR-2/KDR in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
