Rat VEGF-B (Vascular Endothelial Cell Growth Factor B) CLIA Kit
The Rat VEGF-B (Vascular Endothelial Cell Growth Factor B) CLIA Kit is a powerful tool for researchers looking to study the role of VEGF-B in vascular endothelial cell growth. This kit is specifically designed for the accurate and reliable detection of VEGF-B levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants.VEGF-B is a vital growth factor that plays a key role in angiogenesis, the process through which new blood vessels are formed. By promoting endothelial cell growth, VEGF-B helps regulate blood vessel development and function.
Dysregulation of VEGF-B has been implicated in various disease states, including cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and diabetes. With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Rat VEGF-B CLIA Kit provides trustworthy results that can aid in understanding the mechanisms underlying these diseases. This kit is an essential tool for researchers seeking to uncover the potential therapeutic implications of targeting VEGF-B in various pathological conditions.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat VEGF-B. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat VEGF-B and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat VEGF-B, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat VEGF-B. You can calculate the concentration of Rat VEGF-B in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
