Rat Rho Guanine Nucleotide Exchange Factor 7 (ARHGEF7) ELISA Kit
The Rat Rho Guanine Nucleotide Exchange Factor 7 (ARHGEF7) ELISA Kit is a reliable and accurate tool for measuring the levels of ARHGEF7 in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.ARHGEF7 is a key regulator of Rho GTPases, which play essential roles in cell migration, adhesion, and cytoskeletal dynamics. Dysregulation of Rho GTPases has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and neurological conditions.
By measuring ARHGEF7 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying these diseases and potentially identify new therapeutic targets.Overall, the Rat Rho Guanine Nucleotide Exchange Factor 7 (ARHGEF7) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for studying the intricate signaling pathways involved in cellular processes and disease development. Its accuracy and reliability make it a must-have for any laboratory conducting research on Rho GTPase signaling and associated disorders.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
