Rat RANTES (Regulated On Activation, Normal T-Cell Expressed and Secreted) CLIA Kit
The Rat RANTES (Regulated on Activation, Normal T Cell Expressed and Secreted) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of RANTES levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is essential for researchers studying inflammation, immune responses, and chemotaxis, providing reliable and reproducible results for a wide range of applications.RANTES is a key chemokine involved in recruiting immune cells to sites of inflammation and infection, playing a crucial role in the regulation of immune responses.
Dysregulation of RANTES levels has been implicated in various inflammatory conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for understanding and potentially treating these diseases.Overall, the Rat RANTES CLIA Kit offers researchers a powerful tool for investigating the role of RANTES in immune responses, inflammation, and disease pathogenesis, facilitating valuable insights and potential therapeutic interventions.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat RANTES. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat RANTES and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat RANTES, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat RANTES. You can calculate the concentration of Rat RANTES in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
