Rat PPAR-gamma (Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor gamma) CLIA Kit
The Rat PPAR Gamma (Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor Gamma) CLIA Kit is a reliable and accurate tool for measuring levels of PPAR Gamma in rat samples. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for research purposes.PPAR Gamma is a key transcription factor that regulates various biological processes, including adipogenesis, glucose metabolism, and inflammatory responses. Dysregulation of PPAR Gamma has been linked to metabolic disorders such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases.
Therefore, accurate measurement of PPAR Gamma levels is crucial for studying these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic interventions. With its user-friendly design and robust performance, the Rat PPAR Gamma CLIA Kit is a valuable resource for researchers investigating the role of PPAR Gamma in health and disease. Trust Assay Genie's expertise and technology to uncover new insights into PPAR Gamma biology and its implications in metabolic disorders.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat PPAR-γ. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat PPAR-γ and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat PPAR-γ, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat PPAR-γ. You can calculate the concentration of Rat PPAR-γ in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
