Rat PLAUR/uPAR (Plasminogen Activator, Urokinase Receptor) CLIA Kit
The Rat PLAUr (uPAR) Plasminogen Activator & Urokinase Receptor CLIA Kit (RTES00586) is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for accurate detection of PLAUr levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it ideal for a wide range of research applications.PLAUr, also known as uPAR (Urokinase Plasminogen Activator Receptor), is a key component in the plasminogen activation system, playing a crucial role in cell migration, adhesion, and invasion.
Dysregulation of PLAUr expression has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, inflammation, and fibrosis, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and potential therapeutic targets.Investigate the role of PLAUr in disease pathology and drug development with the Rat PLAUr (uPAR) Plasminogen Activator & Urokinase Receptor CLIA Kit (RTES00586), offering accurate and precise measurement of PLAUr levels in rat samples.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat PLAUR/uPAR. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat PLAUR/uPAR and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat PLAUR/uPAR, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat PLAUR/uPAR. You can calculate the concentration of Rat PLAUR/uPAR in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
