The Rat PGR (Progesterone Receptor) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of progesterone receptor levels in rat samples. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing accurate and consistent results, making it perfect for various research purposes. The progesterone receptor is a key protein involved in hormone signaling and plays a critical role in reproductive processes and female health. Dysregulation of the progesterone receptor has been linked to conditions such as infertility, menstrual disorders, and certain cancers, highlighting its importance as a biomarker for studying and treating these conditions.
Overall, the Rat PGR CLIA Kit provides researchers with a reliable tool for investigating progesterone receptor levels in rats and understanding its implications in various physiological and pathological processes.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat PGR. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat PGR and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat PGR, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat PGR. You can calculate the concentration of Rat PGR in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
