Rat PDGF-D (Platelet Derived Growth Factor D) CLIA Kit
The Rat PDGF-D (Platelet-Derived Growth Factor D) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate detection of PDGF-D levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit boasts high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.PDGF-D is an important growth factor that plays a key role in cell growth, proliferation, and differentiation. It is known to be involved in processes such as wound healing, tissue repair, and angiogenesis. Dysregulation of PDGF-D has been linked to various diseases including cancer, fibrosis, and cardiovascular disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and potential therapeutic targets.
With the Rat PDGF-D CLIA Kit, researchers can accurately measure PDGF-D levels in rat samples, providing valuable insights into biological pathways and disease mechanisms. This kit is a valuable tool for understanding the role of PDGF-D in physiological and pathological processes, as well as for drug discovery and development efforts.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat PDGF-D. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat PDGF-D and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat PDGF-D, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat PDGF-D. You can calculate the concentration of Rat PDGF-D in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
