The Rat OC BGP (Osteocalcin) CLIA Kit is a powerful tool for the precise measurement of osteocalcin levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its superior sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and consistent results, making it ideal for a variety of research purposes.Osteocalcin is a key protein in bone metabolism and is crucial for bone formation and remodeling. Abnormal levels of osteocalcin have been linked to various bone-related disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing new treatment strategies.
Whether investigating bone health, skeletal diseases, or the effects of different treatments on bone turnover, the Rat OC BGP (Osteocalcin) CLIA Kit provides researchers with a reliable and efficient tool for their experiments. Trust in this kit to deliver reliable results and drive forward your research in the field of bone biology.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat OC/BGP. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat OC/BGP and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat OC/BGP, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat OC/BGP. You can calculate the concentration of Rat OC/BGP in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
