Rat NOS3/eNOS (Nitric Oxide Synthase 3, Endothelial) CLIA Kit
The Rat NOS3 (eNOS) Nitric Oxide Synthase 3 Endothelial CLIA Kit is a reliable and accurate tool for detecting NOS3 levels in rat samples. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, allowing for precise and consistent results in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants.NOS3, also known as endothelial nitric oxide synthase, plays a vital role in nitric oxide production and vascular function. Dysregulation of NOS3 is associated with various diseases, including cardiovascular disorders and hypertension.
Studying NOS3 levels can provide valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying these conditions and aid in the development of therapeutic strategies. With its advanced technology and user-friendly protocol, the Rat NOS3 CLIA Kit is an essential tool for researchers investigating the role of NOS3 in physiological and pathological processes in rats. This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat NOS3/eNOS. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat NOS3/eNOS and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat NOS3/eNOS, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat NOS3/eNOS. You can calculate the concentration of Rat NOS3/eNOS in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
