Rat MCP-1 (Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 1) CLIA Kit
The Rat MCP-1 (Monocyte Chemotactic Protein-1) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive assay designed for the precise measurement of MCP-1 levels in rat samples. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it suitable for a variety of research applications.MCP-1 is a key chemokine responsible for recruiting monocytes to sites of inflammation, playing a crucial role in immune responses and inflammatory processes. Elevated levels of MCP-1 have been associated with various diseases, including atherosclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and kidney disease, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and potential therapeutic interventions.
With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Rat MCP-1 CLIA Kit is an essential tool for researchers looking to investigate the role of MCP-1 in disease pathogenesis and study potential treatment options. Its user-friendly format and reliable performance make it a valuable asset in the field of biomedical research.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat MCP-1. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat MCP-1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat MCP-1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat MCP-1. You can calculate the concentration of Rat MCP-1 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
