Rat IP-10/CXCL10 (Interferon Gamma Induced Protein 10kDa) CLIA Kit
The Rat IP-10 (CXCL10) Interferon-Gamma Induced Protein 10kDa CLIA Kit (RTES00329) is a powerful tool for detecting levels of IP-10 in rat samples. This kit is designed with high sensitivity and specificity to ensure accurate and reproducible results in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants.IP-10, also known as CXCL10, is a key chemokine involved in inflammatory responses and immune regulation. It is induced by interferon-gamma and plays a role in various diseases, including autoimmune diseases, viral infections, and cancer.
By accurately measuring IP-10 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the immune response and potential therapeutic interventions.Whether studying inflammation, immune response, or disease pathology, the Rat IP-10 (CXCL10) CLIA Kit is an essential tool for researchers seeking to understand the role of IP-10 in rat models. Order yours today from Assay Genie and unlock the potential of your research.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat IP-10/CXCL10. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat IP-10/CXCL10 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat IP-10/CXCL10, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat IP-10/CXCL10. You can calculate the concentration of Rat IP-10/CXCL10 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
