The Rat Interleukin-7 (IL-7) ELISA Kit is a reliable tool for the accurate measurement of IL-7 levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With high sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures precise and reproducible results, making it ideal for various research applications in the field of immunology.Interleukin-7 is a critical cytokine that plays a key role in immune cell development and function. It is involved in the proliferation and differentiation of T cells, B cells, and natural killer cells, making it a vital signaling molecule in the immune system.
Dysregulation of IL-7 has been implicated in autoimmune diseases, inflammatory disorders, and cancer, highlighting its importance as a potential therapeutic target.Overall, the Rat Interleukin-7 (IL-7) ELISA Kit offers researchers a valuable tool for studying the role of IL-7 in immune system dynamics and disease pathogenesis, paving the way for the development of novel treatments and interventions.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
