The Rat IL-7 CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative measurement of Interleukin-7 (IL-7) levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, allowing for accurate and reliable results in various research applications.IL-7 is a pivotal cytokine that plays a crucial role in immune system development and function. It is involved in the maturation and proliferation of T cells, making it essential for maintaining a healthy immune response.
Dysregulation of IL-7 levels has been linked to various immunological disorders and autoimmune diseases, underscoring the importance of studying this biomarker. With the Rat IL-7 CLIA Kit, researchers can confidently analyze IL-7 levels in rat samples, providing valuable insights into immune system function and potential therapeutic targets. This kit is a valuable tool for enhancing research in immunology, inflammation, and autoimmune diseases.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat IL-7. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat IL-7 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat IL-7, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat IL-7. You can calculate the concentration of Rat IL-7 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
