Rat HSF2 (Heat Shock Transcription Factor 2) CLIA Kit
The Rat HSF2 (Heat Shock Transcription Factor 2) CLIA Kit is specially designed for the precise detection of HSF2 levels in rat samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers superior sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results that are ideal for a variety of research purposes.HSF2 is a critical transcription factor involved in the cellular response to heat shock and other stressors. It plays a key role in regulating the expression of heat shock proteins, which are essential for the cell's survival under stressful conditions.
Dysregulation of HSF2 has been implicated in various diseases including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiovascular diseases, making it an important biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Rat HSF2 CLIA Kit provides researchers with a reliable tool for studying the role of HSF2 in disease pathogenesis and for identifying potential targets for therapeutic intervention.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat HSF2. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat HSF2 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat HSF2, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat HSF2. You can calculate the concentration of Rat HSF2 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
