The Rat Histone Acetyltransferase 1 (HAT1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed to accurately measure levels of rat HAT1 in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is known for its high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results for a variety of research applications.HAT1 is a key enzyme involved in histone acetylation, a crucial process that regulates gene expression and chromatin structure. Dysregulation of histone acetyltransferases like HAT1 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, neurological disorders, and inflammation.
Therefore, measuring HAT1 levels can provide valuable insights into disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets. With the Rat HAT1 ELISA Kit, researchers can confidently assess HAT1 levels in rat samples, advancing their understanding of epigenetic regulation and disease pathology. Its ease of use and accuracy make it a valuable tool for studying the role of HAT1 in health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
