The Rat Histamine Receptor H1 (HRH1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate measurement of HRH1 levels in rat samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it a valuable tool for researchers in various fields. The HRH1 receptor is a key player in mediating histamine's biological effects, including regulating inflammation, allergic responses, and neurotransmission. Dysregulation of HRH1 signaling has been linked to various diseases, such as allergies, asthma, and inflammatory conditions.
Therefore, this ELISA kit can aid in studying HRH1's role in these diseases and potentially identifying new therapeutic targets.Overall, the Rat Histamine Receptor H1 (HRH1) ELISA Kit serves as a crucial tool for researchers looking to investigate HRH1's involvement in physiological and pathological processes, providing valuable insights for drug development and disease understanding.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
