Rat High Affinity Choline Transporter (ChT) ELISA Kit
The Rat High Affinity Choline Transporter (CHT) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for accurately measuring levels of the high affinity choline transporter in rat samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reliable results for various research experiments. The high affinity choline transporter is a key component in choline uptake and acetylcholine synthesis, playing a critical role in neurotransmission and cognitive function. Dysregulation of this transporter has been implicated in neurological disorders such as Alzheimer's disease and schizophrenia, making it an important target for further investigation and potential therapeutic interventions.
Overall, the Rat High Affinity Choline Transporter ELISA Kit is an essential resource for researchers studying choline metabolism, neurotransmission, and neurodegenerative diseases in rat models. Its accuracy and precision make it an indispensable tool for advancing our understanding of choline transport mechanisms and their implications in health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
