Rat HIF-1 alpha (Hypoxia Inducible Factor 1 Alpha) CLIA Kit
The Rat HIF-1 Alpha (Hypoxia Inducible Factor 1 Alpha) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative detection of HIF-1 Alpha levels in rat samples. This kit offers high sensitivity and accuracy, providing reliable and consistent results for various research applications. HIF-1 Alpha is a key transcription factor that plays a crucial role in response to hypoxia, regulating the expression of genes involved in adaptation to low oxygen levels. Dysregulation of HIF-1 Alpha is associated with various diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and ischemic conditions.
Therefore, monitoring HIF-1 Alpha levels can provide valuable insights into these pathologies and aid in the development of potential therapeutic interventions. Overall, the Rat HIF-1 Alpha CLIA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers studying hypoxia-related pathways and exploring the role of HIF-1 Alpha in various physiological and pathological conditions in rats.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat HIF-1α. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat HIF-1α and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat HIF-1α, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat HIF-1α. You can calculate the concentration of Rat HIF-1α in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
