The Rat Heat Shock Protein Beta 6 (HSPB6) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the quantification of HSPB6 levels in rat samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers precise and consistent results, making it an invaluable asset for various research purposes.HSPB6, also known as heat shock protein 20 (Hsp20), is a key player in cellular stress response, playing a crucial role in protecting cells from damage and maintaining protein homeostasis. Dysregulation of HSPB6 has been implicated in various pathological conditions, such as heart diseases, neurodegenerative disorders, and cancer, highlighting its importance as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target.
By using the Rat HSPB6 ELISA Kit, researchers can accurately measure HSPB6 levels in rat samples, providing valuable insights into its function and its involvement in disease pathogenesis. This kit offers a reliable and efficient solution for studying HSPB6 biology and exploring its potential implications in various disease contexts.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
