Rat Heat Shock 70kDa Protein 1A (HSPA1A) ELISA Kit
The Rat Heat Shock 70kDa Protein 1A (HSPA1A) ELISA Kit is specially designed for the precise measurement of HSPA1A levels in rat samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and consistent results, making it an excellent choice for various research applications.HSPA1A, also known as heat shock protein 70 (Hsp70), is a critical protein involved in cellular stress response and protein folding. It plays a key role in protecting cells from stress-induced damage and maintaining cellular homeostasis.
Dysregulation of HSPA1A has been linked to various diseases such as cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and inflammatory conditions, highlighting its importance as a potential biomarker for disease diagnosis and therapeutic development.Don't miss out on the opportunity to study the role of HSPA1A in your research with the Rat Heat Shock 70kDa Protein 1A (HSPA1A) ELISA Kit. Order now and unlock new insights into cellular stress response mechanisms and disease pathology.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
