The Rat GR (Glucocorticoid Receptor) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative determination of glucocorticoid receptor levels in rat samples, including serum, plasma, and tissue lysates. This kit offers superior sensitivity and specificity, providing accurate and reliable results for various research applications. The glucocorticoid receptor is a key regulator of various physiological processes and is involved in the response to stress, inflammation, and metabolism. Dysregulation of glucocorticoid receptor signaling is associated with various diseases, including autoimmune disorders, metabolic syndromes, and mental health conditions.
Therefore, the Rat GR CLIA Kit is a valuable tool for investigating the role of glucocorticoid receptors in disease pathogenesis and for developing potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Rat GR CLIA Kit offers researchers a robust and convenient solution for studying glucocorticoid receptor biology in rats, enabling in-depth exploration of its functional significance in health and disease.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat GR. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat GR and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat GR, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat GR. You can calculate the concentration of Rat GR in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
