Rat GR beta (Glucocorticoid Receptor beta) CLIA Kit
The Rat GR (Glucocorticoid Receptor) Beta CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate measurement of glucocorticoid receptor beta levels in rat samples. This kit is suitable for use with serum, plasma, or cell culture supernatants, providing reliable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications. The glucocorticoid receptor beta is a key protein involved in the regulation of various biological processes, including immune response, metabolism, and stress.
Dysregulation of this receptor has been linked to conditions such as inflammation, autoimmune diseases, and metabolic disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these diseases and potential therapeutic interventions. With its user-friendly format and high-quality components, the Rat GR Beta CLIA Kit from Assay Genie is an essential tool for researchers looking to accurately measure glucocorticoid receptor beta levels in rat samples.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat GRβ. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat GRβ and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat GRβ, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat GRβ. You can calculate the concentration of Rat GRβ in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
