Rat GR alpha (Glucocorticoid Receptor alpha) CLIA Kit
The Rat GR Alpha (Glucocorticoid Receptor Alpha) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative measurement of GR Alpha levels in rat samples. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, allowing for accurate and reliable results in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants.GR Alpha is a key protein involved in the regulation of gene expression in response to glucocorticoid hormones.
Dysregulation of GR Alpha has been implicated in various diseases such as inflammatory disorders, metabolic syndrome, and stress-related conditions. Therefore, this kit is an essential tool for researchers studying the role of GR Alpha in these diseases and for developing potential therapeutic interventions.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat GRα. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat GRα and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat GRα, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat GRα. You can calculate the concentration of Rat GRα in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
