Rat GP4/CD36 (Platelet Membrane Glycoprotein IV) CLIA Kit
The Rat GP4 (CD36) Platelet Membrane Glycoprotein IV CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of GP4 levels in rat samples. This kit is ideal for studying the role of GP4 in platelet function and thrombosis, as well as its potential involvement in various diseases and disorders.Platelet membrane glycoprotein IV (GP4), also known as CD36, is a key player in platelet adhesion, activation, and aggregation processes.
Its dysregulation has been associated with thrombotic disorders, atherosclerosis, and other cardiovascular diseases, highlighting its importance as a potential therapeutic target. With its reliable and reproducible results, the Rat GP4 (CD36) Platelet Membrane Glycoprotein IV CLIA Kit is an essential tool for researchers investigating the function and regulation of GP4 in both normal physiological processes and pathological conditions.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat GP4/CD36. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat GP4/CD36 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat GP4/CD36, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat GP4/CD36. You can calculate the concentration of Rat GP4/CD36 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
