Rat GnRHR (Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone Receptor) CLIA Kit
The Rat GNRHR (Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone Receptor) CLIA Kit is a reliable and accurate tool for measuring GNRHR levels in rat samples including serum, plasma, and tissue lysates. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone Receptor is a key player in the regulation of reproductive functions in mammals, influencing the release of hormones that control fertility. Abnormalities in GNRHR signaling have been linked to conditions such as infertility, hormonal imbalances, and reproductive disorders.
By measuring GNRHR levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying these conditions and potentially identify therapeutic targets.Overall, the Rat GNRHR CLIA Kit is an essential tool for studying reproductive physiology and developing interventions for reproductive health conditions in rats. Its accuracy and reliability make it a valuable asset for researchers in the fields of endocrinology, reproductive biology, and drug development.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat GnRHR. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat GnRHR and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat GnRHR, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat GnRHR. You can calculate the concentration of Rat GnRHR in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
