Rat GM-CSF (Granulocyte-Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor) CLIA Kit
The Rat GM-CSF (Granulocyte-Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay for the accurate detection of GM-CSF levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This innovative kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it ideal for a variety of research applications.GM-CSF is a critical cytokine involved in the regulation of immune cell development and function, including the stimulation of granulocyte and macrophage production.
Dysregulation of GM-CSF has been implicated in various diseases such as inflammatory disorders and autoimmune conditions, highlighting its importance as a biomarker for disease progression and therapeutic development. The Rat GM-CSF CLIA Kit from Assay Genie offers researchers a valuable tool for investigating the role of GM-CSF in various physiological and pathological processes, providing crucial insights for advancing our understanding of immune regulation and disease mechanisms in rats.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat GM-CSF. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat GM-CSF and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat GM-CSF, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat GM-CSF. You can calculate the concentration of Rat GM-CSF in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
