The Rat Glucose Transporter 3 (GLUT3) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise and accurate measurement of GLUT3 levels in rat samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring dependable and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.GLUT3 is a key glucose transporter protein that plays a critical role in glucose uptake and metabolism in cells. It is particularly important in the brain and neurons, where it facilitates the transport of glucose across the blood-brain barrier and supports energy production.
Dysregulation of GLUT3 has been implicated in various metabolic disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, and cancer, highlighting its significance as a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Rat GLUT3 ELISA Kit provides researchers with a reliable tool for quantifying GLUT3 levels in rat samples, thereby advancing our understanding of glucose metabolism and its implications in health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
