SLC2A1,SLC2-A1,GLUT,Solute Carrier Family 2 Member 1,Facilitated Glucose Transporter,Glucose transporter type 1, erythrocyte/brain,HepG2 glucose transporter
The Rat Glucose Transporter 1 (GLUT1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative measurement of GLUT1 levels in rat samples. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures accurate and reliable results for researchers studying glucose transport and metabolism in rats.GLUT1 is a key protein involved in glucose uptake and is essential for maintaining glucose homeostasis in the body. Dysregulation of GLUT1 has been linked to various metabolic disorders, including diabetes and cancer.
By accurately measuring GLUT1 levels in rat samples, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of glucose transport in these diseases and develop potential therapeutic strategies.Don't miss out on the opportunity to advance your research with the Rat GLUT1 ELISA Kit. Order now and unlock valuable data on GLUT1 expression in rat samples for your studies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
