The Rat Focal Adhesion Kinase (FAK) ELISA Kit is specially designed for the precise measurement of FAK levels in rat samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and consistent results, making it an invaluable tool for various research applications.FAK is a vital protein that plays a crucial role in cell adhesion and migration, as well as in signal transduction pathways related to cellular growth and survival.
Dysregulation of FAK has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and inflammatory disorders, making it a key target for therapeutic interventions. With the Rat FAK ELISA Kit, researchers can easily study the role of FAK in different physiological and pathological processes, enabling a better understanding of its potential implications in disease development and progression. Get reliable and insightful data with this innovative ELISA kit from Assay Genie.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
