The Rat FDP (Fibrinogen Degradation Product) CLIA Kit is a powerful tool for detecting levels of fibrinogen degradation products in rat samples. With high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides accurate and reliable results, making it ideal for various research applications.Fibrinogen degradation products are key indicators of fibrinolysis, the process of breaking down fibrin blood clots. Monitoring these products can provide valuable insights into clotting disorders, cardiovascular diseases, and inflammatory conditions.
By using the Rat FDP CLIA Kit, researchers can gain a deeper understanding of fibrinolytic processes in rats and explore potential therapeutic targets for various diseases. This kit is essential for studying clotting mechanisms and developing novel treatment strategies.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat FDP. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat FDP and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat FDP, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat FDP. You can calculate the concentration of Rat FDP in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
