The Rat Elastase-3B (ELA3B) ELISA Kit is a precision tool for measuring elastase-3B levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its superior sensitivity and specificity, this kit guarantees accurate and consistent results, making it a valuable asset for various research purposes.Elastase-3B, also known as ELA3B, is a key enzyme involved in the breakdown of elastin, a protein that provides elasticity to tissues like blood vessels and skin. Abnormal levels of elastase-3B have been linked to various diseases, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), inflammatory disorders, and cancer.
Therefore, monitoring elastase-3B levels can provide crucial insights into disease progression and potential therapeutic interventions.Invest in the Rat Elastase-3B (ELA3B) ELISA Kit to unlock the mysteries surrounding elastase-3B regulation and its implications in disease pathogenesis. Trust in its high performance and accuracy to advance your research efforts and uncover new opportunities for diagnosis and treatment strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
