The Rat Divalent Metal Transporter 1 (DMT1) ELISA Kit is a highly accurate and reliable tool for detecting levels of DMT1 in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.DMT1 is a key transporter protein responsible for regulating the uptake of divalent metals such as iron and zinc in cells. Dysregulation of DMT1 has been linked to various diseases and disorders, including iron overload conditions, neurodegenerative diseases, and metabolic disorders.
Understanding the levels of DMT1 in biological samples can provide valuable insights into these conditions and potential therapeutic targets.Overall, the Rat DMT1 ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers studying metal transport mechanisms, iron metabolism, and related diseases in rats, offering accurate and reproducible results for advanced research applications.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
