The Rat Cytochrome P450 11A1 (CYP11A1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate measurement of CYP11A1 levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results that are suitable for a variety of research applications.CYP11A1 is a key enzyme involved in the biosynthesis of steroid hormones, crucial for the regulation of various physiological processes such as metabolism and reproduction.
Dysregulation of CYP11A1 has been linked to disorders such as adrenal insufficiency and hormonal imbalance, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential treatments. With the Rat Cytochrome P450 11A1 (CYP11A1) ELISA Kit, researchers can accurately assess CYP11A1 levels in rat samples, providing valuable insights into steroid hormone metabolism and potential therapeutic targets for related disorders.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
