The Rat CypB (Cyclophilin B) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate quantification of Cyclophilin B levels in rat samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With reliable and reproducible results, this kit is ideal for a wide range of research applications.Cyclophilin B is a key protein involved in various cellular processes, including protein folding and trafficking. Dysregulation of Cyclophilin B has been linked to several pathological conditions such as cancer, autoimmune diseases, and viral infections, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these diseases and exploring potential therapeutic interventions.
Overall, the Rat CypB CLIA Kit offers researchers a powerful tool to investigate the role of Cyclophilin B in disease pathogenesis and explore its potential as a therapeutic target.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat CYPB. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat CYPB and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat CYPB, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat CYPB. You can calculate the concentration of Rat CYPB in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
