Rat CYP2E1 (Cytochrome P450, family 2, subfamily E, polypeptide 1) CLIA Kit
The Rat CYP2E1 (Cytochrome P450 Family 2 Subfamily E Polypeptide 1) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate quantification of rat CYP2E1 levels in biological samples. This kit is suitable for use with rat serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates, providing researchers with reliable and reproducible results for their experiments.CYP2E1 is a key enzyme in the cytochrome P450 family responsible for metabolism and detoxification of various xenobiotics, including drugs and environmental toxins.
Dysregulation of CYP2E1 has been implicated in numerous health conditions, such as liver disease, diabetes, and cancer, making it a valuable target for drug development and disease research. With its superior performance and easy-to-use format, the Rat CYP2E1 CLIA Kit is an essential tool for studying the role of CYP2E1 in health and disease, and for identifying potential therapeutic interventions targeting this important enzyme. Trust AssayGenie for all your research needs.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat CYP2E1. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat CYP2E1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat CYP2E1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat CYP2E1. You can calculate the concentration of Rat CYP2E1 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
