Rat CTACK (Cutaneous T-Cell Attracting Chemokine) CLIA Kit
The Rat Ctack (Cutaneous T-cell Attracting Chemokine) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of Ctack levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit enables researchers to reliably measure Ctack levels, facilitating studies on inflammatory responses and immune cell migration.Ctack is a chemokine that plays a critical role in recruiting T-cells to the skin, regulating immune responses, and promoting inflammation.
Dysregulation of Ctack levels has been implicated in various inflammatory skin conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these disorders and developing potential therapeutic interventions. With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Rat Ctack CLIA Kit offers researchers a precise and effective tool for investigating the role of Ctack in immune-mediated skin diseases and understanding the mechanisms underlying T-cell recruitment and inflammation in the skin.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat CTACK. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat CTACK and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat CTACK, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat CTACK. You can calculate the concentration of Rat CTACK in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
