The Rat Collagen Type IX Alpha 1 (COL9A1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for detecting levels of COL9A1 in rat samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for a variety of research applications.COL9A1 is a key component of collagen type IX, which plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of cartilage in the body. Dysregulation of COL9A1 has been linked to various musculoskeletal disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying cartilage-related conditions and exploring potential treatment options.
By utilizing the Rat Collagen Type IX Alpha 1 (COL9A1) ELISA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of COL9A1 in disease pathogenesis and progression, ultimately contributing to the development of novel therapeutic strategies for conditions affecting cartilage health.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
