Rat Coagulation Factor XIII A1 Polypeptide (F13A1) ELISA Kit
The Rat Coagulation Factor XIII A1 Polypeptide (F13A1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for measuring levels of the F13A1 protein in rat samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for various research applications.Coagulation Factor XIII A1 is a key player in the blood coagulation cascade, responsible for stabilizing blood clots and promoting wound healing.
Dysfunction of F13A1 has been linked to several bleeding disorders and clotting abnormalities, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions. With this ELISA kit, researchers can confidently detect and quantify rat F13A1 levels with precision, aiding in the advancement of scientific understanding and potential treatment options for coagulation-related disorders.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
