The Rat Clara Cell Protein 16 (CC16) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of CC16 levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and reproducible results, making it an excellent choice for various research applications.CC16, also known as Club Cell Secretory Protein, is a key biomarker for respiratory diseases, including asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and lung injury. As a protein produced by Clara cells in the lungs, CC16 plays a crucial role in protecting the respiratory tract and has been linked to inflammatory responses and oxidative stress.
By measuring CC16 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into lung health and disease progression, ultimately leading to the development of targeted therapies and interventions. Overall, the Rat Clara Cell Protein 16 (CC16) ELISA Kit is an essential tool for investigating respiratory conditions and advancing our understanding of lung biology.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
