The Rat Chromogranin B (ChgB) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of chromogranin B levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and dependable results, making it an invaluable tool for a variety of research studies.Chromogranin B is a key protein involved in regulating neurotransmitter release and is found abundantly in neuroendocrine cells. It plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, including hormone secretion, neurotransmission, and immune response modulation.
Dysregulation of chromogranin B has been associated with several diseases, such as neuroendocrine tumors and cardiovascular disorders, highlighting its significance as a potential biomarker for disease diagnosis and therapeutic development.Overall, the Rat Chromogranin B (ChgB) ELISA Kit offers researchers a reliable and efficient means of quantifying chromogranin B levels in biological samples, enabling in-depth investigations into its function and potential clinical implications.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
