Rat Cannabinoid Receptor 2, Macrophage (CNR2) ELISA Kit
The Rat Cannabinoid Receptor 2 (Macrophage CNR2) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the quantitative measurement of CNR2 levels in rat samples such as serum, plasma, and cell lysates. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reliable results for a variety of experimental needs.CNR2, also known as the cannabinoid receptor 2, plays a crucial role in modulating immune responses and inflammation in macrophages. Its dysregulation has been linked to various diseases such as autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, and neuroinflammatory conditions.
The ability to accurately measure CNR2 levels is essential for understanding its role in these diseases and for developing targeted therapies. With this ELISA kit, researchers can study the expression of CNR2 in different experimental settings and gain valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying immune system regulation and inflammatory responses. The kit's easy-to-use protocol and quick turnaround time make it a valuable asset for any lab conducting research on macrophage biology and cannabinoid signaling pathways.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
