The Rat β-TG (Beta Thromboglobulin) CLIA Kit is designed for the precise measurement of beta thromboglobulin levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for various research purposes.Beta thromboglobulin is a key protein involved in platelet activation and aggregation, playing a crucial role in hemostasis and thrombosis. Abnormal levels of beta thromboglobulin have been associated with various cardiovascular diseases and inflammatory conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.
Overall, the Rat β-TG CLIA Kit is an essential tool for researchers investigating the role of beta thromboglobulin in physiological and pathological processes related to platelet function and thrombosis in rat models.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat β-TG. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat β-TG and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat β-TG, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat β-TG. You can calculate the concentration of Rat β-TG in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
