The Rat Angiotensin II Receptor 2 (AGTR2) ELISA Kit allows for the precise measurement of AGTR2 levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its exceptional sensitivity and accuracy, this kit delivers consistent and dependable results, making it an invaluable tool for various research investigations.AGTR2 is a key receptor involved in the regulation of blood pressure and cardiovascular function. Dysregulation of AGTR2 has been linked to various cardiovascular diseases, including hypertension and heart failure.
By accurately quantifying AGTR2 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the pathophysiology of these conditions and develop targeted therapies. With its ease of use and outstanding performance, the Rat AGTR2 ELISA Kit is a must-have for any laboratory looking to explore the role of AGTR2 in cardiovascular health and disease. Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. Note:To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
