Rat A Disintegrin And Metalloprotease 9 (ADAM9) ELISA Kit
The Rat ADAM9 (A Disintegrin and Metalloprotease 9) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the precise measurement of ADAM9 levels in rat samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures accurate and reproducible results, making it perfect for a variety of research applications.ADAM9 is a key enzyme involved in cell adhesion and migration, as well as the shedding of cell surface proteins.
Dysregulation of ADAM9 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, inflammatory disorders, and neurological conditions. As such, this ELISA kit is essential for studying the role of ADAM9 in these diseases and exploring potential therapeutic targets.Get your hands on the Rat ADAM9 ELISA Kit today and unlock new insights into the fascinating world of ADAM9 biology.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
