The Porcine D-Dimer D2D ELISA Kit is specially designed for the precise measurement of D-dimer levels in porcine serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and consistent results, making it an ideal choice for a variety of research purposes.D-dimer is a fibrin degradation product that is commonly used as a biomarker for clotting disorders and thrombotic events. Monitoring D-dimer levels is crucial in diagnosing and managing conditions such as deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, and disseminated intravascular coagulation.
By using the Porcine D-Dimer D2D ELISA Kit, researchers can accurately assess D-dimer levels in porcine samples, providing valuable insights into the mechanisms of clot formation and fibrinolysis in pigs. This kit is a valuable tool for studying coagulation disorders and developing new therapeutic approaches for treating thrombotic diseases in porcine models.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. Note:To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
