The Mouse TTR (Transthyretin) CLIA Kit is a powerful tool for measuring transthyretin levels in mouse serum, plasma, and tissue samples. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides accurate and reliable results for a variety of research applications.Transthyretin is a critical protein involved in transporting thyroid hormones and vitamin A in the body. Dysregulation of transthyretin levels has been linked to various conditions such as familial amyloid polyneuropathy and senile systemic amyloidosis.
By accurately measuring transthyretin levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into these diseases and explore potential treatment options.Whether studying neurodegenerative disorders, metabolic diseases, or other conditions related to transthyretin, the Mouse TTR CLIA Kit is an essential tool for researchers seeking to further their understanding of these complex diseases.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse TTR. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse TTR and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse TTR, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse TTR. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse TTR in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
