The Mouse TGFBI (Transforming Growth Factor Beta Induced) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of TGFBI levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it ideal for a wide range of research applications.TGFBI is a key protein induced by transforming growth factor beta, playing a crucial role in cell adhesion, migration, and angiogenesis.
Dysregulation of TGFBI has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, fibrosis, and ocular disorders, making it an important biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions. With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Mouse TGFBI CLIA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers looking to explore the role of TGFBI in different biological processes and disease states in mouse models.
This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse TGFβI. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse TGFβI and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse TGFβI, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse TGFβI. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse TGFβI in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
