The Mouse TGFb2 (Transforming Growth Factor Beta 2) CLIA Kit is a specialized assay designed for the accurate quantification of TGFb2 levels in mouse samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reliable results for various research applications.TGFb2 is a critical cytokine involved in regulating cell growth, differentiation, and immune response.
It plays a key role in inflammation, tissue repair, and fibrosis, making it a valuable biomarker for studying conditions such as cancer, fibrosis, and autoimmune diseases. The Mouse TGFb2 CLIA Kit provides researchers with a powerful tool to investigate the role of TGFb2 in disease progression and to develop potential therapeutic interventions.
This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse TGF-β2. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse TGF-β2 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse TGF-β2, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse TGF-β2. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse TGF-β2 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
