The Mouse TGF-Alpha (Transforming Growth Factor-Alpha) CLIA Kit is designed for the accurate quantification of TGF-Alpha levels in mouse serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reliable results for a variety of research applications.TGF-Alpha is a key growth factor involved in cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. It plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, including tissue development, wound healing, and immune response regulation.
Aberrant TGF-Alpha levels have been linked to numerous diseases, such as cancer, inflammatory disorders, and developmental abnormalities, making this kit an essential tool for studying these conditions and potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Mouse TGF-Alpha CLIA Kit provides researchers with a valuable tool for investigating the role of TGF-Alpha in health and disease, offering reliable and reproducible results for advanced research studies.
This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse TGF-α. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse TGF-α and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse TGF-α, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse TGF-α. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse TGF-α in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
